NUTRITION: Food and nutrition is the most important factor in any weight loss program. You will not see significant results if you eat highly processed and packaged foods (e.x. soda, cakes, cookies, fast food etc.). To achieve the best results with this program, 80% of your food should come from home-cooked healthy meals comprised of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and lean meats. DO NOT cut out any food group like carbs or fats. Fuel your body with good food and drink plenty of water during these 2 weeks. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night to make sure your muscles recover for the next workout. Good luck and happy dancing!

  2. Walk 6000 steps

Day 3 (ACTIVE REST – 1 Activity)

  1. Walk 10,000 steps

Day 4 (2 Workouts ~24 Mins)

Day 5 (2 Workouts ~35 Mins)

Day 6 (2 Workouts + 1 Activity ~1.5 Hour)
